    I believe that avoiding refined foods is a first step in order to lose weight. They may taste very good, but prepared foods have very little vitamins and minerals, making you feed on more just to have enough energy to get through the day. For anyone who is constantly ingesting these foods, changing to grain and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more power while having less. Thanks alot : ) for your blog post.
